Somewhere in the middle of Disneyland, Palm Springs, and San Diego lies the Temecula Wine Country. Temecula is my hometown and where I've lived in my whole life and I'm proud to say that I'm from this little town!
Over the weekend my fiance, friends, and I indulged in some of our favorite things that Temecula has to offer: food, wine, music, and beer! Here's a little look into our staycation weekend!
...But first, here is my Saturday adventure #OOTD with my crazy wind hair!
After we got some food in our belly, we headed across the street to Liberty for some Southern vibes and live music from Moonsville Collective and Willie Watson (formerly of Old Crow Medicine Show). I've posted about Liberty before, and they are by far my new favorite place keeping my weekend full of fun with live music, 3 dollar PBR, and a photo booth.
Saturday was spent beer tasting, eating In & Out (burger with green chilies and fries), and then finishing our adventure with wine at Monte de Oro Winery.
Sunday was spent recuperating and waiting for the new Game of Thrones episode. All in all I would say that it was a delightful weekend full of delicious food & drinks and I'm thankful to have wonderful people to share it with!
If you are ever in Temecula, I highly recommend these places:
Monte De Oro Winery with the view
Havana Kitchen (everything on their menu is delicious)
Liberty for Southern fun and music
Refuge Brewery a local craft brewery favorite
Relentless Brewing Co. my absolute local craft favorite
Wiens Brewing another local star with jenga and they have a beer called the "Millennium Falconer"!
